When You, the original Shop, perform a mechanical repair or service covered by the Nationwide Limited Mechanical Repair Warranty which requires the installation of a part for a customer on an eligible vehicle (the “Original Repair”), the Original Repair is eligible for coverage under the Labor Program.
Subject to the terms and procedures outlined in the Labor Reimbursement Program Procedures included with the Reimbursement Program Enrollment Form, the Program will cover the required to perform a corrective repair to remedy the Original Repair if:
  1. The customer’s vehicle experiences a mechanical failure, and
  2. The customer returns to You within the covered time and mileage, and
  3. The failure is the result of a defect in the installed part (the “Warranty Repair”).

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY:
This Warranty covers the following types of repairs and services:
  1. Air conditioning, heating and climate control systems.
  2. Brake system(s).
  3. Electrical system(s).
  4. Emission control system(s).
  5. Engine cooling system(s).
  6. Electronic engine management system and other on-board computer systems (engine, body, brake and suspension computers), cruise control systems.
  7. Engine performance or drivability services and repair.
  8. Exhaust system(s).
  9. Fuel system(s).
  10. Ignition system(s).
  11. Other minor repairs.
  12. Starting and charging systems.
  13. Steering/suspension systems, wheel bearings, CV axles and joints, half-shafts and driveshafts.
REPAIRS EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY:
This Warranty does not cover repair(s) or replacement(s) except as listed in the section, “What is Covered by this Warranty,” even though the Facility may offer other services. This warranty does not cover replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear. Specifically excluded are any repairs involving the removal of the engine, transmission, or transaxle, or the replacement or removal of internally lubricated parts and other such repairs as listed below.
  1. ENGINE
    1. Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.
  2. TRANSMISSION, TRANSAXLES
    1. Automatic – any internal repair or component replacement.
    2. Manual – any internal repair or component replacement.
    3. Clutches – clutch component or assembly repair and replacement.
  3. DRIVE AXLE/DIFFERENTIAL ASSEMBLY
    1. Any repair or component replacement requiring the removal of internally lubricated components or replacement of the drive axle/differential assembly.
      1. Ring gear, pinion shaft and related gears.
      2. Associated bearing with above.
      3. Pinion seal.
  4. AUTO BODY, PAINT, MOLDING REPAIR
    1. Any repair or materials related to auto body repair work.
    2. Glass related repairs.
  5. REPAIRS PERFORMED ON COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
  6. BATTERIES, TIRES (if no dealer warranty)
  7. USED OR SALVAGED PARTS
  8. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES (excluding belt and hose replacement)
    1. Oil changes, fluid changes and flushes, wiper blades, filters.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge I have read and hereby accept the conditions of the Labor Reimbursement program, and confirm that all information entered in this form is accurate. I understand that an Original Repair must be registered within two business days in order to be eligible under the Labor Program. I further understand that repairs and vehicles excluded under the Nationwide Limited Mechanical Repair Warranty as identified in the Covered and Excluded Repairs section above will be ineligible under the Labor Program.
